EFEK APLIKASI CENDAWAN RHIZOSFER AKAR TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN PRODUKSI TANAMAN JAGUNG (Zea mays L.)

چکیده

Cendawan mutualistik akar bermanfaat meningkatkan keanekaragaman hayati dan aktivitas biologis tanah, memperbaiki struktur kapasitas menahan air, pertukaran kation mendorong pertumbuhan hasil tanaman pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi cendawan rhizosfer (Trichoderma sp, Aspergillus sp. Hitam, Hijau) Mikoriza Vesicular Arbuscular (MVA) terhadap produksi jagung (Zea mays L.) menggunkan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial 3× 3 dengan ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah isolate yang terdiri atas jenis Trichoderma sp; Hitam; Hijau. kedua mikoriza vesicular arbuskular dari yaitu : Tanpa mikoriza; Aplikasi pada lubang tanam; penyemaian benih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sp memberikan rerata bobot tongkol klobot.tanaman-1, tanpa jagung.tanaman-1 lebih berat dibanding perlakuan hitam hijau; Perlakuan inokulasi tanam tinggi tanaman, berbeda significant benih; Interaksi hanya terdapat pengamatan klobot.tanaman-1.
